Commercial Defeasance brings affordable, experienced third parties to the transaction to provide the accountant's sufficiency verification, serve as the securities intermediary, purchase and deliver the defeasance collateral, and serve as the successor borrower.

Defeasance Holding Company, a Commercial Defeasance subsidiary, administers the affiliated special purpose, bankruptcy remote successor borrower that will assume the defeased loan.
